Managed by Community Services/Owned by BC Housing. A 15 unit apartment complex, each consisting of 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, for low income families. Eligibility for tenancy is on a prioritized basis established under BC Housing guidelines.

Vermilion Court: Seniors Affordable Living

Introducing Vermilion Court, a seniors’ affordable living facility proudly supported in part by Community Services, BC Housing, and tenants. This secure 18-unit apartment complex offers a multi-level, wheelchair-accessible facility equipped with an elevator for convenience. Residents benefit from a minimal monthly fee, which includes one warm meal per day, enhancing their overall well-being. Housing eligibility is determined through a collaborative process involving BC Housing guidelines and PDCSS, ensuring that seniors in our community have access to a comfortable and secure living environment.
